Getting old

I’m officially “getting old”™, as certified by the Younger Sisters’ Institute for Sibling Harrassment®. A quarter century has come and gone… What have I learned? Ten observations, for starters:

• The Bible has the Truth
• the earth has too great a rotational speed (think about that one)
• kids have the best sense of humor
• Georgia has the worst drivers
• Texas has everything big
• the French have, collectively, lost the national marbles
• the Germans have good food
• the Swiss have it all
• the IRS has all my money
• and Rice University has the best college baseball team

Pretty profound, I know. Here’s to getting old – and dragging your little sisters along with you! 🙂
